RNR EAAA Fundraising

Our charity partner this year is once again the East Anglian Air Ambulance, with a fundraising target £4,250, this being the median cost of a single EAAA critical care or lifesaving mission. Please give generously via the JustGiving link below, or else out on the course by card or cash where you see the liveried EAAA support vehicle (Team 31)

RNR t-shirt

The RNR perpetual t-shirt is now in stock. We've ordered plenty of spares this year so you can still order individually or as a team/club, regardless of whether you're a runner, crew member, marshal, volunteer - or just want a cool looking short-sleeved tech shirt! You will also be able to buy shirts from Race HQ on race weekend (cash only!). Full details and images are on the RNR Facebook page, so if you'd like an order form and sizing guide simply drop an email to admin@roundnorfolkrelay.com

Sandringham recce run dates 2025

Anyone running Stage 1 (which incorporates part of the Sandringham Estate) who wishes to undertake a recce run may do so on the following dates and times: Sunday 24 August (you must pass through between 08.00 and 11.00) and Sunday 7 September (same times). Thanks for your cooperation, and enjoy.

RNR is now on Instagram

Over the years the Round Norfolk Relay has generated many outstanding images of runners, crews and supporters which capture the unique spirit of the event, as well as the beautiful landscape the race passes through. We've finally got round to posting some of the best of these on Instagram (theroundnorfolkrelay) so do check it out, and follow us for updates, and by all means submit any amends and additions to the captions. Props to all the photographers!

Changes to RNR race Safely Rules

As part of our ongoing commitment to the safety of our runners we have made some amendments and clarifications to the race safety rules. In particular we have identified certain race rules as being "safety critical rules". All participants should familiarise yourself with these changes each and every year.
