The Round Norfolk Relay 2026
12-13th September 2026

Round Norfolk Relay Entries 2026 will be open from 1st to 17th April

Race Capacity
The maximum number of competing teams is restricted to 60.

Affiliation
Clubs and teams wishing to enter the RNR must be affiliated to either UK Athletics (UKA) or the Association of Running Clubs (ARC).

Entry Procedure
Applications can be made at any time during the entry window using the entry/application form here. No entries or applications will be accepted after this date.

Prioritisation of Entries
Clubs based in Norfolk and currently affiliated to Athletics Norfolk (AN) shall be entitled to a single priority entry. Any club providing significant assistance to the staging of the race (e.g. marshalling, race administration etc) shall be entitled to an additional priority entry, and at the discretion of the RNR Committee to a third priority entry where this is deemed appropriate or necessary. Consequently, a club affiliated to Athletics Norfolk which also provides significant assistance shall be entitled to 2 priority entries, and at the discretion of the RNR Committee a third priority entry.

In the event of the race being oversubscribed, applications will be allocated in accordance with RNR General Rules 13 and 14. Clubs/teams will be notified of the outcome of their applications by 30th April.

RNR Entry + Membership Fee + EAAA donation
The entry fee for 2026 is £275.00 per team. Clubs entitled to entries should complete payment on submission of your entry form. Payment for other teams should be made on confirmation that your application has been accepted. If for any reason a club decides to withdraw their entry, no refund of the entry fee will be given AFTER 12 June 2026 (i.e. less than 3 months before the event). Any club withdrawing BEFORE 12 June 2026 will be required to pay 20% of the entry fee to cover administrative costs.

In addition to the entry fee a separate RNR membership fee of £5.00 per team is payable. Clubs entering more than 1 team need only pay a single £5.00 membership fee. The membership fee must be paid annually at the same time as the race entry fee, and is used to promote participation in and facilities for the Round Norfolk Relay amateur sporting event.

We also ask that each participating team makes a voluntary minimum donation of £50.00 to our preferred charity, the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA), in recognition of their vital lifesaving work across the region - and the fact that the RNR entry fee remains admirably low!

The entry and membership fees as well as EAAA donations should be paid by BACS onto the following account:
