| 9a. | From the changeover continue straight on for 3.25 miles through West Somerton to Winterton on Sea. |

| 9b. |  Bear right at the village church (TG 490 194) and carry on for a further 3.8 miles through Hemsby towards Caister. |
| 9c. |  On the approach to Caister take the first left at the roundabout (TG 513 141), signed 'Police' and 'Caister Holiday Centre' and continue for 1.5 miles to the traffic lights. |
| 9d. |   Turn left at the traffic lights (TG 520 122) and go straight over the first mini roundabout. At the second mini roundabout bear right into High Street. ⚠ Take extra care when crossing the mini roundabouts. |
| 9e. |  At the third mini roundabout (TG 522 120) go straight on into Yarmouth Road. |
| 9f. |  At the major roundabout (TG 523 110) turn left on to the A149 and continue for 1.9 miles towards Great Yarmouth. ⚠ Beware of fast moving traffic. Use the verge where possible. |

| 9h. | Follow South Quay past the old Star Hotel (boarded up) on the right hand side to the bridge over the River Yar (TG 521 075). |
| 9i. |  Turn left, go 300 metres over the bridge and stay in the left hand lane to the traffic lights. |
| 9j. |  Turn left at the traffic lights (TG 519 073) signed 'Southtown'. |
| 9k. |  Continue for 1.5 miles straight on, leaving the quay on the left hand side (join A143 signed Beccles and Gorleston) to the roundabout. |
| 9l. |  At the roundabout (TG 523 051) take the second exit, signed 'Diss A143' to pass under the bridge. Continue along the A143. |
| 9m. |   Shortly before the second traffic island, runners and cyclists should bear left onto the pedestrian path at W3W supreme.legal.supported . Continue for a short distance along the footpath and Browston Lane and then on reaching Beaufort Way turn left. Continue down the left hand side of Beaufort Way on the pavement for 1.2 miles to the changeover. Beware of runners and cyclists approaching the other way.. Once runners have turned left from the A143 onto the pedestrian path escort vehicles may leave their runners and head towards the changeover by turning left at the roundabout signed 'Lowestoft (A12)/Business Park'. DO NOT PARK on the roundabout at the changeover as there is an ambulance station nearby. Instead the RNR has access to free parking with no height restrictions very close to the changeover at Probe Oil Tools on G William Road NR31 7DU W3W natural.scatter.hunk where drinks and snacks are available courtesy of Great Yarmouth Road Runners. Equally don't pause too long at the changeover as you risk losing contact with your Stage 10 runner, who after running back up Beaufort Way must not proceed down Browston Lane from W3W duplicate.conned.questions without their support vehicle. |
