| 6a. |  From the Cromer changeover at W3W palm.joystick.flirts continue straight ahead for 30 metres on the grass to the fence and then turn right. |

| 6b. |  Follow the fence for 25 metres then turn left to follow the path. |
| 6c. |  Continue to the T-junction and turn left. |
| 6d. |   Turn right at the shelter onto the cliff walk, then at W3W quantity.skippers.tumblers turn left and go down the zig-zag slope to the promenade (TG 213 424) |
| 6e. |  At the bottom of the slope turn right and follow the promenade for 0.7 miles. Going past the pier, take care to dog-leg at the slipway and the RNLI cafe/museum area to stay on the promenade. Continue to the end of the promenade. ⚠ Cycling on the promenade is not permitted - beware of pedestrian congestion. |
| 6f. |  At the end of the tarmacked promenade at W3W stamp.beauty.incline turn right up the zig-zag path behind beach hut 'No 54' (TG 223 421). At the top of the zig-zag path turn left and follow the cliff walk for 400 metres. |
| 6g. |  As the houses end, continue straight ahead along the main path for 600 metres. Then take the path with the bandstand on your immediate right. Continue for 100 metres after the last bench facing the runner, and where the track forks follow the track to the left. |
| 6h. |  Ignore all side paths and then take the right fork with Cromer lighthouse in sight on your right. Descend into an open valley with 4 paths, but continue straight and after 28 metres at W3W plunger.educates.january turn right onto a minor steep uphill path (possibly overgrown on race day!) |
| 6i. |  Climb 80 metres up the steep path/bank to Cromer lighthouse (TG 230 415). For a less steep/overgrown route, continue along the established path uphill which will soon veer right and take you round to the lighthouse. |
| 6j. |  At the top of the steep bank skirt round to the left of the lighthouse and go straight ahead onto the tarmac road. |
| 6k. |  Follow the road for 500 metres down through the golf course to the junction with Overstrand Road (TG 231 412) at W3W coverings.clef.hooks and turn left. NB: all escort cyclists/support vehicles MUST meet their runner at the golf club car park. ⚠ Caution when joining and running on main road. |
| 6l. |  Follow the main road for 6 miles to Mundesley via Overstrand, Sidestrand and Trimmingham. The changeover (one mile beyond the first 'Mundesley Village' sign) (TG 315 367) is at the Coronation Hall in Mundesley village at W3W atom.redouble.retiring |
